Report

Participants can access their reports in the same manner as the dashboard, as both are located on the same page.

My Quiz Report

The "My Quiz" report gives participants a comprehensive view of all the quizzes they have been invited to. This report provides crucial details for each quiz session, enabling participants to track their participation status, manage deadlines, and review important information about each quiz.

Accessing the My Quiz Report

To access the "My Quiz" report, go to the Quiz section in the menu and select “My Quiz”. The report lists all quiz invitations sent to the participant, with features to filter, sort, and download the data for easier management.

Report Columns

The report consists of the following columns

Ref-ID: A unique identifier for each quiz item, facilitating easy tracking and identification. The ref_id is hyperlinked, allowing participants to click and navigate directly to the quiz answering.

Title: The title of the quiz.

Type: Indicates whether the quiz rank calculation is based on time or score.

State: The current status of the participant regarding the quiz

  • Participated: The participant has completed the quiz.
  • Not Submitted: The participant has started answering the quiz but has not submitted by the participant, and the quiz has ended for them.
  • In Progress: The participant is currently attending the quiz but has not yet submitted it.
  • Not Started: The quiz has begun, but the participant has not started answering.
  • Invited: The participant has been invited to the quiz, but it has not yet commenced.
  • Not Participated: The quiz has concluded for all participants, and the participant has not answered it.

Question Count: Displays the total number of questions in the quiz.

Invited At: Shows the date and time when the participant was invited to join the quiz, providing context on how long the quiz has been pending.

Due Date: The deadline for quiz completion. This column assists participants in prioritizing quizzes based on urgency.

Submitted At: Displays the date and time when the participant completed the quiz, allowing them to track their submission history.

Score Obtained: Indicates the participant's score in relation to the total score for the quiz, providing insight into their performance level.

Total Score: Displays the maximum achievable score for the quiz, calculated from the sum of all question scores.

Percentage: Represents the percentage based on the score obtained.

Time Spent: Indicates the total time taken by the participant to finish the quiz, helping them assess their effective time utilization.

Rank: Rank achieved by the participant. This rank is influenced based on scoring.

Adding Filters

Filters can be applied to refine the list of quiz items according to specific criteria. The available filters include

  1. Type: Allows participants to filter quizzes based on their score type.
  2. State: Enables filtering of quizzes by their current status, including Participated, In Progress, Not Submitted, Invited, Not Started and Not Participated.
  3. Percentage: Provides the option to filter quizzes based on a specified percentage range.
  4. Rank: Allows filtering based on a specified rank range.
  5. Submitted: Enables participants to filter quizzes by their submission range.
  6. Due: Allows filtering of quizzes by their due dates, helping to prioritize items that are approaching their deadlines.

Applying Filters

To apply filters, follow these steps

  1. Click on the filter drop-down menu for the desired column.
  2. Select the filter type (e.g., Type, State, etc.).
  3. Once a filter is selected, an input field will appear, allowing you to specify the filtering criteria.
  4. After entering the criteria, click on the “Search” button. The report will update to display only the quiz items that meet the applied filters.
  5. If no filters are applied, the complete list of quiz items will be displayed.

Removing Filters

To remove applied filters

  1. Click on the red cross button next to the applied filter to remove it.
  2. To clear all filters and revert to the original state, click on the “RESET” button. This will remove all filters and display the full list of quiz items.

Customizing Table View

Creators can customize the table view by adjusting column settings

  • Resizing Columns: Creators can extend the width of columns to view complete data.
  • Rearranging Columns: Columns can be rearranged by dragging and dropping them in the desired order.

Table filter

Filters can be applied to columns of a tabular representation of data.

Participants can customize the columns displayed in the tabular representation. Blurred column names indicate default columns, which cannot be unchecked. Participants have the option to uncheck other column names to filter the visible columns in the table according to their preferences.

Downloading the Report

Participants can download the "My Quiz" report for offline viewing by following these steps

  1. Click on the download button to reveal the available download options.
  2. To download the report as a CSV file, select the "Download CSV" option.
  3. A request will be sent to initiate the download, and participants can monitor the download progress by clicking on "Download Status."
  4. Once the request is completed, participants can download the CSV file by clicking the download button again.

Chart Views

Participants can modify the chart representations to better understand the data. To change the chart representation, follow these steps

  1. Click on the graph switch button located at the top right corner of the card.
  2. Select one of the graph options from the options and choose a different chart representation.

My Quiz Overall Status

  • This bar chart breaks down participants' status in a quiz.
  • The statuses include Invited, Not Started, Participated, In Progress, Not Submitted and Not Participated.

My Quiz Completion Summary

This chart compares the number of quizzes completed against those that remain in the “Not Submitted” state.
