Quiz Emails

In the quiz application, users receive two types of emails

Quiz Invitation

This email is sent to participants when they are invited by the quiz creator to take part in a quiz. The email contains the necessary details about the quiz, including the title. Participants can click on the “View Quiz” button within the email to access the quiz and begin answering the questions. This email serves as the first notification to alert participants about their participation.

Invitation Reminder

The reminder email is automatically sent to participants 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of the quiz. This email is intended to remind participants of the upcoming quiz, ensuring they do not miss it. The email will include the “View Quiz” button, allowing participants to easily access the quiz at the designated time.
