Manage Template¶
The "Manage Templates" page provides a comprehensive view of all templates created by the user, including draft and active templates. This page lets users view, search, filter, sort, copy, edit, and delete feedback templates.
Accessing the Manage Template Page¶
The individual can click on the explore button and select “Manage” under Template to view all the Templates created by the user.
The Manage Templates page contains active and draft templates in the form of cards containing the following information.
- Last Updated Date
- Title of the Template
- Category
- Question Type
- Questions count
- Usage Count
- State of the Template
- Collaborator
Searching Templates¶
Upon clicking the feedback title it takes the user to the detail page of the feedback.
- Locate the Search Bar: Find the search bar at the top of the page.
- Enter Keywords: Type the title of the template you are looking for. The list will only update the templates matching your search criteria.
Sorting Templates¶
The sorting options allow users to sort templates based on two criteria. By default, templates are sorted under "Recent" in descending order:
- Locate the Sort by: Find the Sort by at the top of the page.
- Select Sorting Order: Click on the Sort by bar to arrange the templates in ascending or descending order.
- Recent (Ascending or Descending): Sorts templates based on the recently modified.
- Title (Ascending or Descending): Sorts templates based on their title.
Filtering Templates¶
Open Filter Options: Click on the filter button, and a filter panel opens to the right of the screen, which contains various filter options
State Filter:
Filters template based on its state and shows the total count of templates available for each state.
Question Type Filter:
Filters template based on its question type and shows the total count of templates available for each question type.
Category Filter:
Filters template based on its category and shows the total count of templates available for each category. When any filter options are selected, the main label will display a count indicating the filter is active.
Filter Capsules:
Once filter items are selected or applied, a capsule will appear below the search bar, highlighting the applied filter and the count of items that match the filter criteria.
If the filter applied is more than one, then the user can view the count of the filters applied with the filter label.
The user can also open the respective filter dialogue by clicking on the capsules or clear the filter by clicking on the cross icon toward the right of the capsule.

Clear Button
The clear button within the filter panel allows users to reset their selections for that particular filter area.
Apply and Clear All Buttons
Click the "Apply Filter" button to apply the selected filter changes. To reset all filter selections at once, click the "Clear All" button.
Copying a Template¶
- Find the Template: Locate the feedback template you want to copy in the list.
- Click Copy:
Click on the "Copy" button . A duplicate of the template will be created and it will take the user to the edit page.
Editing a Template¶
- Select a Template: Find the template you want to edit in the list.
- Click Edit:
Click on the "Edit" button. It redirects to the edit page.
- Make Changes: Modify the necessary details in the template.
- Save Changes: Click the save button to update the template with changes.
Deleting a Template¶
- Find the Template: Locate the template you want to delete in the list.
- Click Delete:
Click on the "Delete" button.
- Confirm Deletion:
Confirm the deletion in the pop-up dialog. The template will be removed from the user's template list.
