My Feedback

The "My Feedback" report offers users a detailed view of all feedback items they’ve been invited to participate in. This report provides essential information about each feedback session, allowing users to track their participation status, manage deadlines, and access key details about the feedback items.

Accessing the My Feedback Report

To view the "My Feedback" report, navigate to the “Feedback” section in the menu and click on “My Feedback.” The report displays all feedback invitations sent to the user, with options to filter, sort, and download the data for easier management.

Report Columns

The report consists of the following columns:

  1. Ref ID: A unique reference identifier for each feedback item, allowing easy tracking and identification. The ref_id is hyperlinked, allowing users to click and navigate directly to the feedback answering.
  2. Title: Title of the feedback, indicating the topic or purpose of the feedback session.
  3. Question Count: Total number of questions included in the feedback form, providing insight into the feedback’s scope.
  4. Privacy: Indicates whether the feedback is Public (open to all) or Private (restricted to specific participants).
  5. Status: The current state of the feedback, with the following possible statuses:
    • Completed: The feedback has been completed by the participant.
    • In Progress: User currently attending the feedback but has not yet submitted.
    • Not Started: The feedback has not been started or remains incomplete.
    • Expired: The date for submitting the feedback has passed.
  6. Type: Indicates the type of feedback:
    • Generic: General feedback is open to a all camisens users.
    • Training: Feedback specifically related to camisens training associated users.
  7. Due Date: The deadline by which the feedback must be completed. This column helps users prioritize feedback based on urgency.
  8. Completed At: Displays the date and time when the user completed the feedback, allowing users to track their submission history.
  9. Invited At: Shows the date and time when the user was invited to participate in the feedback, providing context on how long the feedback has been pending.

Adding Filters

Filters can be applied to narrow down the list of feedback items based on specific criteria. The available filters include:

  1. Type: Filter feedback based on its type: Generic: Feedback open to all camisens users. Training: Feedback related to a specific training session.
  2. Status: Filter feedback by its current status (Completed, In Progress, Not Completed, Expired).
  3. Completed: Filter feedback by its completed date.
  4. Due Date: Filter feedback by its due date to prioritize items that are approaching their deadlines.

Applying Filters

To apply filters:

  1. Click on the filter drop-down menu for the desired column.
  2. Select the filter type (e.g., Type, Status, Completed, Due Date).
  3. Once a filter is selected, an input field will appear where you can specify the filtering criteria.
  4. After selecting the criteria, click on the “Search” button. The report will update to display only the feedback items that meet the applied filters.
  5. If no filters are applied, the complete list of feedback items will be displayed.

Removing Filters

To remove applied filters:

  1. Click on the red cross button next to the applied filter to remove it.
  2. To clear all filters and revert to the original state, click on the “RESET” button. This will remove all filters and display the full list of feedback items.

Customizing Table View

Users can customize the table view by adjusting column settings:

  • Resizing Columns: Users can extend the width of columns to view complete data.
  • Rearranging Columns: Columns can be rearranged using drag and drop them in the desired order.

Table filter

Filters can be applied to columns of a tabular representation of data.

Users can select the columns to be displayed on the tabular representation. The blurred column names cannot be unchecked as they are default columns. Users can uncheck the column names available to check/uncheck to filter the column names in the table.

Downloading the Report

Users can download the "My Feedback" report for offline viewing:

  1. Click on the download button to reveal the available download options.
  2. To download the report as a CSV file, click on the "Download CSV" option.
  3. A request will be sent to initiate the download. Users can monitor the download progress by clicking on "Download Status."
  4. Once the request is completed, the CSV file can be downloaded by clicking the download button again.

Chart Views

User can change the chart representations to understand the data. To change the chart representation, click on the button at the top right corner of the card.

Click on one of the buttons from the marked area to select a chart representation.

  • My Feedback Type Summary: summary of feedback that has been attended, categorized by the types, such as generic or training feedback.
