Feedback Participant¶
The "Feedback Participant Report" provides a detailed view of all participants who have been invited to a specific feedback form. This report helps users monitor participation, track completion rates, and manage deadlines for feedback submissions.
Accessing the Feedback Participant Report¶
To view the "Feedback Participant Report," users must first select the desired feedback from the available list. Once a feedback form is selected, the report will display all participants invited to complete that specific feedback.
Report Columns¶
The report consists of the following columns:
- Ref ID: A unique reference identifier for each participant's invitation, allowing easy tracking and identificationThe ref_id is hyperlinked, allowing users to click and navigate directly to the feedback detailed view.
- Assigned Date: The date when the participant was invited to participate in the feedback, providing context on how long the feedback has been available.
- Due Date: The deadline by which the participant is expected to complete the feedback. This helps in identifying pending submissions and prioritizing follow-ups.
- Completed At: Displays the date and time when the participant completed the feedback, allowing users to track submission timelines.
- Status: Reflects the current state of the participant’s feedback completion, with the following possible statuses:
- Completed: The participant has completed the feedback.
- In Progress: The participant has started but has not yet finished the feedback.
- Not Started: The participant has not started or remains incomplete.
- Expired: The due date for completing the feedback has passed.
- Type: Indicates the type of feedback, which could be:
- Generic: General feedback open to all participants.
- Training: Feedback specifically related to a training session.
- Invite Count: Shows the number of times the participant has been invited to complete the feedback, which may indicate reminders or re-invitations.
- User Email: Displays the email address of the participant, allowing users to identify and communicate with specific participants if needed.
Adding Filters¶
Feedback Title: The user must select a feedback to view the details
Filters can be applied to narrow down the list of participants based on specific criteria. The available filters include:
- Status: Filter participants based on their feedback completion status (Completed, In Progress, Not Completed, Expired).
- Completed At: This filter allows participants to be filtered based on a specific date range, showing those who completed feedback within the selected period.
- Due Date: Filter participants by the feedback's due date, helping to prioritize those who are close to or past their deadline.
Applying Filters¶
To apply filters:
- Click on the filter drop-down menu for the desired column.
- Select the filter type (e.g., Status, Completed At, Due Date).
- Once a filter is selected, an input field will appear where you can specify the filtering criteria.
- After selecting the criteria, click on the “Search” button. The report will update to display only the participants that meet the applied filters.
- If no filters are applied, the complete list of participants will be displayed.
Removing Filters¶
To remove applied filters:
- Click on the red cross button next to the applied filter to remove it.
- To clear all filters and revert to the original state, click on the “RESET” button. This will remove all filters and display the full list of participants.
Customizing Table View¶
Users can customize the table view by adjusting column settings:
- Resizing Columns: Users can extend the width of columns to view complete data.
- Rearranging Columns: Columns can be rearranged using drag and drop them in the desired order.
Table filter¶
Filters can be applied to columns of a tabular representation of data.
Users can select the columns to be displayed on the tabular representation. The blurred column names cannot be unchecked as they are default columns. Users can uncheck the column names available to check/uncheck to filter the column names in the table.
Downloading the Report¶
Users can download the "Feedback Participant Report" report for offline viewing:
- Click on the download button to reveal the available download options.
- To download the report as a CSV file, click on the "Download CSV" option.
- A request will be sent to initiate the download. Users can monitor the download progress by clicking on "Download Status."
- Once the request is completed, the CSV file can be downloaded by clicking the download button again.
