Notification Email Alerts¶

The frequency of these alerts can be customized by the user, allowing them to receive reminders at intervals they find most convenient—such as daily, or weekly. Some of the alerts include
Feedback Expiration Alert¶
This notifies the user when the feedback they created is approaching its expiration date. These reminders ensure that users are kept informed about upcoming expiration deadlines, giving them enough time to take any necessary action before the feedback expires.
If there are more than five feedback items nearing expiration based on the selected frequency, the notification will display the earliest five feedback items, along with their respective expiration dates and times, in the email.
Feedback Application State¶
This notification informs the user about the feedback they initiated but have not yet published, which has been saved as a draft. It serves as a reminder for them to review and finalize this feedback to ensure it is submitted and shared appropriately.
Feedback to be reviewed¶
This notification informs the reviewer about the number of feedback items that are currently pending their review. It highlights how many pieces of feedback require their attention, ensuring they stay updated on their responsibilities and can manage their review tasks efficiently.
Pending Feedback Reminders¶
This notification informs the user about the feedback items that are awaiting their response. Additionally, if any of these feedback items are approaching their expiration date, the notification will also include a list of the top five earliest expiring feedback items. This ensures the user is aware of urgent responses needed and can prioritize their actions accordingly.
Updates on Public Feedback¶
Based on the user’s tag preferences, they will receive suggestions for several public feedback items that they can respond to. This personalized approach ensures that the suggested feedback aligns with the user’s interests and expertise, making it easier for them to engage and contribute.
