Draft Feedback¶
The "Draft Feedback" helps users manage their feedback items that are still in draft state. This page allows users to view, search, filter, sort, edit, and delete their draft feedback items. The items are organized into pages, with easy navigation.
Key Features¶
- View Draft Feedback: Access and review all draft feedback items created by the user.
- Search: Quickly find draft feedback items using keywords or specific parts of the title.
- Filter: Narrow down draft feedback items based on predefined criteria such as type or privacy.
- Sort: Arrange draft feedback items by title or last modified date for easier navigation.
- Edit: Modify the content or details of feedback items to keep them up-to-date and relevant.
- Delete: Remove draft feedback items that are no longer needed to keep the user list organized.
- Pagination: Navigate through multiple pages of draft feedback items.
Accessing the Draft Feedback Page¶
- Log In: Log into your account to access the Draft Feedback page.
- Navigate: Use the explore menu to find and select the "Draft" option.
Draft Feedback Card Details¶
Each draft feedback card contains the following information:
- Title: The title of the feedback.
- Privacy: Indicates whether the feedback is public or private.
- Total Questions Count: The number of questions included in the feedback from different groups.
- Edit and Delete Options: Buttons to edit or delete the draft feedback item.
- Last Updated: The timestamp of the last update made to the feedback.
- Feedback Type: Specifies whether the feedback is "generic" (for all users to participate) or associated with a camisens service.
Viewing Draft Detail page¶
Upon clicking the feedback title it takes the user to the detail page of the feedback.
Searching Draft Feedback Items¶
- Locate the Search Bar: Find the search bar at the top of the page.
- Enter Keywords: Type the title of the draft feedback item you are looking for. The list will update to show only the draft feedback items that match your search criteria.
Sorting Feedback Items¶
The sorting options allow users to sort templates based on two criteria. By default, templates are sorted under "Recent" in descending order:
- Locate the Sort by: Find the Sort by at the top of the page.
- Select Sorting Order: Click on the Sort by bar to arrange the Feedback in ascending or descending order.
- Recent (Ascending or Descending): Sorts feedback based on the recently modified.
- Title (Ascending or Descending): Sorts Feedback based on their title.
Filtering Draft Feedback Items¶

Open Filter Options: Click on the filter button.

Select Criteria: Choose the criteria you wish to filter by (e.g., Privacy, Type).
Privacy Filter:
Filters feedback based on its privacy and shows the total count of feedback available for each.
Type Filter:
Filters feedback based on its type and shows the total count of feedback available for each.
Clear Button
The clear button within the filter panel allows reviewers to reset their selections for that particular filter area.
Apply and Clear All Buttons
Click the "Apply Filter" button to apply the selected filter changes. To reset all filter selections at once, click the "Clear All" button.
Editing a Draft Feedback Item¶
- Click Edit: Click on the "Edit" button on the card.
- Make Changes: Modify the necessary details in the draft feedback edit page.
- Save Changes: Click the save template button to update the draft feedback item with changes.
Deleting a Draft Feedback Item¶
- Find the Item: Locate the draft feedback item you want to delete from the list.
- Click Delete: Click on the "Delete" button on the card of the selected item.
- Confirm Deletion: Confirm the deletion in the pop-up dialog. The draft feedback item will be removed from the user's list.
