In this detailed view, Creators are provided with a comprehensive overview of the complete feedback, enabling them to make an informed decision on whether to make changes to any items.

Feedback Information

The top section of the detailed page displays key information about the feedback based on the different states the feedback is in.

Feedback can be categorized into states such as active, rejected, review, and expired. Common elements present in each state include

Privacy

Indicates whether the feedback is public or private. A globe icon represents public feedback, while a lock icon signifies private feedback.

Title

Complete title of the feedback.

Type

Specifies whether the feedback is generic or associated to a specific service within Camisens. If associated , the title of the associated service will be displayed.

Total Questions

Displays the total number of questions from all groups in the feedback.

Tags

Displays all the tags related to the feedback in a panel when clicked. The button displays the total number of tags linked to that particular feedback.

Author

This section displays the name of the feedback's creator. Clicking on the author's name navigates to their profile.

Submitted On

This field indicates the date when the feedback was initially created and submitted for review.

Day Offset or Expiry Date

The display here varies based on the privacy settings of the feedback and the creator's selection. For public feedback, the expiry date will be shown. For private feedback, the display will reflect the option chosen by the creator during the feedback's creation, which may either be a specific expiry date or a relative day offset.

When the feedback status is either “Active” or “Expired”, the creator has access to two action buttons

  • History

The "History" button provides a comprehensive log of all relevant details related to the feedback’s creation. This log includes accepted reasons, rejected reasons, and the reasons provided for rejection, ensuring a clear and complete record of the entire process.

  • Copy

Using the "Copy" feature, users can create new feedback using the details of the selected feedback and the questions associated. Users can make further changes to new feedback if required.

When the feedback status is “Review”, the creator will only have the option to copy the feedback.

If the feedback status is “Rejected”, the creator has access to history, copy and two more action buttons

  • Edit

The “Edit” button directs the user to the editing screen where they can make necessary changes based on feedback comments.

  • Delete

The “Delete” button initiates a confirmation dialog. Once confirmed, the feedback is removed, and the user is redirected to the “Submitted” screen.

Feedback Questions Overview

The questions within each group are presented in the card section below. Each group can accommodate any number of questions, with max group limited to 7.

The progress bar provides an indication of the current group and allows creators to navigate back to or revisit previously viewed groups.

Beneath the progress bar is the Question Group Name, which enumerates the various types of questions contained within that group. The questions may include various types, such as

  • Yes/No
  • Like/Dislike
  • Single Choice Answers
  • Multiple Choice Answers
  • Numeric
  • Descriptive
  • Smiley Rating
  • 5-Star Rating
  • 10-Star Rating
  • 10-Scale Rating

If a template was used during the creation of the feedback, the template's name will be displayed above the questions. Additionally, if the feedback is linked to any Camisens service and trainers were assigned to the template, their names will be shown as well. This section will be absent if no template was utilized during the feedback creation.

In the event that the feedback is in a rejected state and the reviewer has provided comments on the questions, users can view these comments by clicking the "View Comments" button. This option will be available exclusively for questions that have comments.

Comment Panel

The selected questions comment panel displays the question group and question number at the top, followed by the total count of comments.

The creator can review these comments, address the issues, and republish the feedback for further review. If the reviewer identifies additional issues, they can add more comments, which will be categorized under "Revision 2," and the revision number will continue to increment until feedback is active.

Replies to comments are highlighted in green to ensure that the creator does not overlook any part of the conversation.
