Introduction

This document explains how users can easily create and manage feedback. Users have the ability to invite participants, respond to feedback, and track participants throughout the process. Additionally, it includes a summary and reporting feature to help users quickly view feedback insights.

Prerequisite

The users must register with the ISU Camisens.

In the Feedback application, users will find an "Explore" menu on the feedback home page. This menu provides access to various Feedback features. From the Explore menu, users can navigate to Create Feedback, Manage Feedback - Draft & Submitted, Create Template, and Manage Template sections.

The Explore menu is consistently available across key areas, including Feedback Home, Create Feedback, Manage Feedback - Draft & Submitted, Create Template, Manage Template, Manage Participants, All Feedback, and All Tags. This ensures that users can effortlessly switch between different sections of the application, enhancing their overall experience.

Feedback Home

Feedback application enables users to create feedback on different subjects and engage participants to collect their views on the feedback. Users can create feedback in public and private spaces. Participants can browse through the public feedback and enroll on the same.

Once the user accesses the feedback application, the user can view a comprehensive feedback home with all relevant data for the user. The information on the home page is displayed based on the roles and privileges of the user logged in.

Feedback Status

It shows the count of the user-managed feedback in various states. If there is a review workflow present for the user, the user can view the count of feedback in the review system.

User Data Summary

User-managed feedback data are summarized into four different visualizations.

  • Status: Graphical representation of feedback on the status with count and its respective percentage.
  • Trending Feedback: The count of actively engaged participants over the past three months..

  • Total Response: The total number of responses received from feedbacks over the last three months.
  • Time Spent: The average time spent on some of the popular feedbacks created over the last 3 months.

It shows the popular feedback present in the application. It will change based on the participant engagement. “View More” will show all feedback accessible to the user. It contains both public and invited feedback available to the user.

It shows the invited and in-progress feedback of the user. Users can view more feedback using the ”View More”
